Fauci Pleaded the Fifth Yesterday. Every Single Question. Let That Sink In.

He showed up. He sat down. And then he refused to answer a single question.

Not about the lab leak. Not about where the six foot social distancing rule actually came from. Not about the schools that stayed closed for two years. Not about gain of function research. Not even about what day of the week it was. Senator Josh Hawley literally asked him what day it was. Fifth Amendment.

This is the man who ran the country’s pandemic response for two years. Who was on television every single night telling you what to do and how to live. Who appeared on the cover of InStyle magazine while your kids sat alone on Zoom calls. Who called anyone who questioned him anti-science. Yesterday that same man sat in front of the United States Senate with his lawyer next to him and took the Fifth on everything.

Now here is the part that should make your blood boil. Biden already pardoned Fauci on his way out the door. A preemptive pardon covering everything he did before 2025. So he is already protected. He cannot be prosecuted for any of it. And he still will not talk.

Think about that for a second. Full immunity. And still will not say a word under oath.

Rand Paul asked him point blank whether he lied in his own diary. Fifth Amendment. Whether he knew about a letter sent to governors on reopening. Fifth Amendment. His lawyer kept trying to jump in and answer for him. Paul had security remove him from the room.

Republicans voted yesterday to hold Fauci in contempt of Congress next week. Good. That vote cannot come fast enough.

Millions of Americans lost their businesses. Lost years of their kids’ lives. Watched family members die alone in hospitals because visitors were not allowed. Were told every single bit of it was necessary and that questioning any of it made you a conspiracy theorist.

Yesterday the man responsible for most of those decisions sat twenty feet from the people demanding answers and said absolutely nothing.

That is not someone with nothing to hide. You already know what it is.
